Sustainable administration 

With its schools, administration and non-profit organizations the City is the biggest employer in Brussels. It must lead by example and become the most sustainable administration in the country among others by excluding the use of single use plastics in its own operations and in activities organised by the city. Brusselse Keukens/Cuisines bruxelloises (an organisation that is managed by the City and delivers meals to the City’s schools, hospitals, elderly homes and other departments) should offer meals based on sustainably grown and locally sourced produce.
